My work is informed by my training in The Conversational Model - a Psychodynamic approach to Psychotherapy, as well as Person Centered approaches, and Systemic Couples and Family Therapy. I have an understanding of Trauma Theory, and the way that traumatic experiences can effect people's ongoing experiences and functioning in life.
