    ACT, CBT, Narrative Therapy

I draw from the knowledge and skills provided within Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).

One of the intentions of Narrative Therapy is to explore the range of possibilities open to a person; to re-connect with the history of these experiences and review these to draw meaning from them; to further develop your relationship with the hopes, values and commitments that are important to you.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approaches problems by exploring the unhelpful underlying thought processes that impact on our behaviours and therefore the range of actions available to us when dealing with issues.
