Philosophy & Vision
My intention is to work honestly and openly, utilising various modalities of my professional training, life experiences and spiritual insights to support you as you move forward on your journey. I value the rich therapeutic space of connection and safety from where growth and change can emerge. I hold this space for both therapy and clinical supervision.
Background
I completed a Masters of Counselling in 2010, after decades in my role as a Mental Health Nurse.
I have a strong passion for Narrative Therapy, I love the natural way it flows and expands and the empowerment it creates for the client. I infuse this with ACT and some CBT. More recently I have embraced EMDR valuing its effectiveness in trauma.
I am also available for Clinical Supervision having registration with both PACFA and Supervision WA.
My approach now is a little instinctual with a fusion of the several modalities.
Deeply honouring and respectful of the client/ therapist and their journey is always of utmost importance.

Therapy Approach
My approach is gentle and honest. I set my intention to create a safe comfortable space between the client and myself. I remain mindful of this space throughout sessions. I am committed to the highest standard of confidentiality.
Through interaction with the client I present a model that best fits the individual. I am open to feedback and welcome suggestions. I engage regularly in clinical supervision - still of course maintaining client confidentiality.

Appointments
Appointments are flexible -
I am available early mornings, some evenings and occasionally on weekends.
Sessions are all online at the present time -
via Zoom.
Fees & Insurance
Fees are $150.00 per hourly session, for both therapy and Clinical Supervision.

Payment is by direct bank transfer.
