Philosophy & Vision

I believe that the relationship between a therapist and their client is essential to breaking the cycle and encourage change when it comes to psychotherapy. It is vital that you feel at ease with your therapist. My sessions are pragmatic, warm and always focused on looking at the present and the future, even when working through events from the past. We will work together to set therapeutic goals, before collaborating on ways to achieve them.
