Neuroscience is informing us more and more about the intricate connectivity between our formative years and lifestyle choices and how these affect our brain and gut. My work involves a holistic view of how our lives are determined by the design of our nervous system and how this design can be changed to shift anxiety, depression and response to stress and trauma.
