Philosophy & Vision
We can all be challenged from time to time regulating our emotional state. It can be a struggle to articulate whats going on for us and thats where it helpful to talk and explore whats going on. At times it's difficult to open up to family and friends, particularly when you are experiencing anxiety, depression, personal or work related stress or family/relationship concerns. As a Clinical and International Psychotherapist, I'm able to offer you relief and clarity in yourself.
Background
My experience includes many years in private practice within The Yew Tree Clinic at the Whiteley GP Surgery (UK) and 45 Central Street, London providing Counselling and Psychotherapy services for private clients, professionals, Education providers, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP's), General Practitioners (GP's) and Insurance providers; which I continue to do so via online counselling. I have also worked with linguistically and culturally diverse client groups on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, London and the UK within a range of government and non government organisations.

I hold Clinical Registration with Psychotherapy And Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)
