    Therapy Approach

I offer a client centred approach to allow each client to share their story in their own time in a caring, non judgemental empathetic environment. I have found that often people are confused or unaware of patterns or concerns that may in fact be the main cause of their difficulties. Slowly together we explore and highlight these patterns and concerns. Clients slowly feel more space and energy through changing and letting go of these old patterns and beliefs. This process can only occur within a trusting relationship.
