My psychology is practical, change-oriented, flexible to your needs, using proven and effective psychological techniques. We will discuss issues that will help you understand yourself better, and help break self sabotage in the form of unhealthy behavioural, emotional and mental habits. Changing habits is a process of reprogramming your mind, practicing new behaviours, and committing to your purpose.

Background

20 years experience as a therapist, the last 10 of which have been running my own private practice. I have undertaken a total of 8 years of supervision, and have had therapy myself as part of my development.
