I integrate a number of theories depending on your presenting issues and what works as we progress. We are both active participants in the process of reaching your goals. Particular modalities include interpersonal psychotherapy, existential therapy, transactional analysis, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I abide by the ethical standards of my profession, and regularly seek feedback from clients about my helpfulness and approach.
20 years experience as a therapist, the last 10 of which have been running my own private practice. I have undertaken a total of 8 years of supervision, and have had therapy myself as part of my development.
