Philosophy & Vision
I am a holistic counsellor & psychotherapist supporting adults, adolescents, children, and parents through life's challenges with warmth, compassion, and curiosity.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, behaviours, or what appears to be wrong, I offer a grounded and non-pathologising space to slow down and explore what may sit beneath overwhelm, anxiety, emotional pain, grief, self-criticism, relationship difficulties, or feeling stuck.
Together we pay attention to thoughts, emotions, body sensations, relationship patterns, and the experiences that have shaped you. My approach draws from Process-Oriented Psychology, attachment theory, somatic awareness, trauma-informed practice, and parts work.
Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, therapy can be a space to make sense of life's challenges, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with a greater sense of clarity, wellbeing, and self-understanding.
Background
Alongside private practice, I currently work in school wellbeing, supporting children, adolescents, and families navigating a wide range of emotional, social, and mental health challenges. This experience keeps me closely connected to the realities facing young people and parents today and informs much of my work with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem, family stress, grief, and trauma.
I hold a Master's degree in Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy and bring over 15 years of meditation practice, personal development, and group facilitation experience. Together, these experiences have shaped a warm, compassionate, and holistic approach to supporting meaningful change.
Services
I offer individual psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and children, with a warm, intuitive and holistic approach. Sessions may include somatic therapy, inner critic and parts work, Process Oriented Psychology, trauma-informed support, nervous system regulation, relational therapy, embodied awareness and guidance through life transitions. I also offer longer 90-min sessions for deeper work, along with workshops and guided inner process sessions. My focus is to support you with clarity, compassion and grounded presence.
I provide a calm, attuned space where you can explore emotions, patterns and deeper truths at your own pace. My work supports clarity, resilience and a stronger connection to yourself, so you can move with presence.
Quality Provision
I am committed to providing a high quality, ethical and client centred service. My practice is grounded in safety, compassion and professionalism, with ongoing supervision and continual professional development supporting the work. I tailor each session to your needs, honouring your pace and ensuring you feel heard, respected and supported. Confidentiality, clear boundaries and trauma informed care guide all aspects of my practice, so you can trust the space we create together.

My path into psychotherapy grew out of my own lived experience with the deeper layers of the human psyche. I have walked through trauma, loss and states that felt overwhelming, and discovered that what feels impossible can become a doorway into wisdom and wholeness. Supporting others through their own unfolding feels like a natural continuation of that journey. This work chose me as much as I chose it.
-
Process-oriented psychology, depth and Jungian psychology, somatic and trauma-informed frameworks, and relational psychotherapy all shape my work. I am also influenced by contemplative traditions that honour inner awareness, presence and compassion as powerful forces for healing, including Buddhist, Vedic, Christian and shamanic-focused teachings.

I am drawn to the moments when life asks something of us: transitions, identity shifts, trauma, grief, overwhelm and the quiet sense that something within wants to be seen. I am interested in how the body, psyche and relational field work together to guide us toward deeper authenticity, clarity and self-trust.
I’m most interested in what moves beneath the surface, when the unseen begins to take form through feeling, image or body. Those threshold moments where something long held, hidden or unknown starts to reveal its meaning. I see health as the integration of all parts of us, body, psyche, relationship, and spirit...so that what was once fragmented can begin to move together in harmony. -
I weave somatic awareness, parts-work, inner critic exploration, relational depth and Process Oriented Psychology. Sessions are never one-size-fits-all. I follow the client’s experience, inner signals, pace and nervous system, using whatever supports safety, clarity and grounded change.

People often feel early shifts when they sense safety, presence and a space where their experience is genuinely welcomed. Sometimes this can occur in the first session, for others it's a slower more patient journey. Progress can look like feeling clearer, more grounded, less alone or more connected to themselves. Real change unfolds at the pace the body and psyche feel ready for.
-
Therapy helped me understand myself, soften long-held patterns and meet the harder parts of life with more compassion and steadiness. It taught me how to listen to the signals inside me and trust my own process. It made space for a deeper, more authentic version of myself to emerge.
-
I love witnessing the moment someone feels truly seen. I love creating a space where honesty, depth and vulnerability are welcomed. It is a privilege to sit with people as their inner world softens, opens and begins to make sense in a way that feels empowering and real. Feeling that love is almost tangible at times. I am truly blessed to work in this field.
-
Of course. I am human too, though I don’t tend to see days as “negative.” Even if some days feel heavier or more complex, they invite me to slow down, listen and stay present. Those moments deepen my compassion because they remind me of the very real human experience my clients bring into the room. Every moment, whether light or dark, offers us grace to step closer to our true nature. But yes, we all have tough times indeed.
-
Disconnection. From ourselves, from each other and from the deeper levels of our own experience. When we lose connection, we lose compassion and clarity. I believe most of the world’s issues stem from a disconnection from our true nature. When we separate from this innate intelligence, we move away from what lights us up, from love, and from our natural capacity to heal. Reconnection, through presence, honesty and awareness, is where healing begins.

I’m drawn to books that explore the layers beneath ordinary life. Works that honour dreams, intuition and the subtle movements of the psyche, such as Jung’s writings, remind me how much wisdom lives in the unseen parts of ourselves.
