Philosophy & Vision

Clients usually come to counselling wanting to achieve realistic, sustainable and lasting change to some aspect(s) of their life such as their inner well-being, relationship and/or communication patterns. Usually, clients are distressed, stressed, anxious, low and burnt out by the time they reach out. As your therapist, I support you to achieve greater awareness and understanding of your life circumstances, and support you in achieving the LASTING changes YOU want to materialise.

Background

My background is in large pharmaceutical corporations in London, in a variety of roles, including performance coaching. As I emotionally grew, I realised I wasn't living an authentic life in line with my values and aspirations. Having gained immense insight and consequently experiencing profound transformation as a result of my own personal psychotherapy and mindfulness practice, I retrained as a psychodynamic psychotherapist. I then undertook the BASS - Counselling degree in Sydney and have worked extensively with parents and medical professions experiencing a range of issues such as trauma, anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, grief, domestic violence, and childhood trauma, I also teach mindfulness programs in major Sydney hospitals

Services

  • Counselling, Psychotherapy
  • I offer two services:

    1. Counselling and psychotherapy for individuals
    2. Mindfulness and meditation programs for individuals, couples, small groups, large groups, community groups and in the workplace.

    Quality Provision

Counselling and psychotherapy is a powerful process which significantly transforms inner well-being for the better. It is a process that takes commitment and time from both the therapist and the client. Together they develop a trusting and safe relationship, with the therapist walking alongside the client who embarks on a journey of awareness and understanding, which ultimately leads to real, substantial positive change in their inner well-being, and ultimately empowerment.
