Finding a counselling space where you feel safe to be yourself can be challenging. Being met with warmth and judgement-free support is so important. As an LGBTQIA+ person myself, I am deeply committed to, and passionate about our community. I provide an inclusive, person-centred counselling service to our community and our allies. Asking for help can be scary, but in connecting with me, you will be met with a space where you can explore your world with self-compassion and kindness.
I provide counselling and psychotherapy to clients with a range of different life issues. I work specifically with young adults (18+), primarily from the LGBTQIA+ community, however I also work with allies, parents, friends and family. I aim to create an inclusive and trusting therapeutic relationship with all people. Together we can learn about and explore the different parts of you, that come together to make you whole.

I borrow from a number of therapeutic modalities, including ACT, CBT, Narrative Therapy and Internal Family Systems. I aim to work alongside the client, to be flexible and adaptive in my style and approach. I always work from a strengths-based, person-centred and trauma-informed perspective.
