Philosophy & Vision

I am a Psychologist working with adults and older adolescents (16+) in Spring Hill, Brisbane, and via telehealth. My work is suited to people who are interested in longer-term therapy and who want a steady, thoughtful space to explore emotional, relational, and bodily experiences in depth.

Many of the people I work with experience ongoing anxiety, low mood, or persistent tension in the body, often alongside difficulties in relationships, identity, or meaning. Some arrive because something no longer feels sustainable; others are drawn by a wish to understand themselves more fully.

I have a particular interest in working with people involved in the arts and creative fields, where sensitivity, uncertainty, and self-criticism can be part of both work and identity.

Services

  • Counselling, Psychotherapy, Online Video Consultations
  • I offer sessions in Spring Hill and via telehealth.
I currently see clients on Saturdays, with Fridays becoming available in early 2026.

I welcome Medicare referrals, though a referral is not required to book an appointment.

    • Bachelor of Psychological Science (hons) - 2022 - Griffith Univeristy

    Therapy Approach

My approach is relational and depth-oriented, with close attention to both emotional and somatic experience. Therapy focuses on understanding patterns shaped by earlier relationships and how these continue to influence the present, including how they may appear in the therapeutic relationship itself.

I don’t work to a rigid structure or manual. Instead, sessions unfold through careful conversation and attention to what feels most alive or difficult. This style of therapy often suits people who value reflection over quick solutions, and who are open to meaningful change developing over time.

I offer short term therapy (10-20 sessions) to work on specific issues, as well as longer-term interventions, working at depth.
