Philosophy & Vision

Life can feel like a constant test of your abilities, creativity, and resilience. You may be excelling on the outside — at work, in your studies, or in your creative projects — but inside, there’s a persistent exhaustion, self-doubt, or sense that you’re never doing enough. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, think deeply, and explore not just symptoms but the underlying pressures shaping your experience. I value medium-to-long-term work, so there’s room for thoughtful exploration beyond brief sessions. This is a place where your challenges are understood, your achievements acknowledged, and your growth supported.

Services

  • Counselling, Psychotherapy, Online Video Consultations
  • I offer sessions in Spring Hill and via telehealth.
I currently see clients on Saturdays, with Fridays becoming available in early 2026.

I welcome Medicare referrals, though a referral is not required to book an appointment.

    Therapy Approach

My approach is relational and depth-oriented, with close attention to both emotional and somatic experience. Therapy focuses on understanding patterns shaped by earlier relationships and how these continue to influence the present, including how they may appear in the therapeutic relationship itself.

I don’t work to a rigid structure or manual. Instead, sessions unfold through careful conversation and attention to what feels most alive or difficult. This style of therapy often suits people who value reflection over quick solutions, and who are open to meaningful change developing over time.

I offer short term therapy (10-20 sessions) to work on specific issues, as well as longer-term interventions, working at depth.
