Philosophy & Vision
Michelle offers trauma-informed Gestalt psychotherapy and equine-supported psychotherapy for adolescents and adults, with more than eight years' experience across private practice and community mental health.
She supports individuals navigating complex trauma, dissociation and nervous system dysregulation, domestic and family violence, sexual assault and relational harm, and longstanding emotional and interpersonal challenges.
Her practice includes work with WorkSafe Victoria, FAS/VOCAT, NDIS, and EAP-funded clients. Michelle's work is informed by international leaders including Irvin Yalom, Gillie Jenkinson, Dr Jackie Amos, Dr Sue Carter, and Dr Stephen Porges, and she works in consultation with international trauma specialist Dr Rebecca Bailey (USA).
Her therapeutic intention is to help clients restore safety, deepen relational capacity, and reconnect with nervous system flexibility.
