HELP I can’t find an image that I had previously.
If you like a particular image, make a note of what search term or tag you used to find it –before trying other images. You can then go back to the same image if you want to. Please note that there is the possibility that someone else may select it for their profile in the meantime.
I get only one or two results when searching the image library.
You will get more results if you select a tag from the dropdown list. Use the keyword search only if you are looking for something specific.
I get no results when I search the image library.
Make sure you enter a keyword or select a tag from dropdown list (not both.)
Try a broader search term, for example “birds” instead of “pelican.”
Search for similar words, try “soft” instead of “gentle” and “peaceful” instead of “quiet.”
I want to see only the images that were uploaded recently.
New images will be added to the library on a regular basis: Select “new” from the dropdown to see these images.
I want the text to be smaller (or larger.)
You can change the text by selecting your preferred Font Size for each of the three fields on your profile cover: Name, Title & Bio
Should I use different colours for the text on my profile cover?
It is very tempting to jazz up a profile with coloured text, please be careful when doing so. We recommend that you ask others for feedback. In our experience, white is almost always the best colour for text. Use other colours for text only if the image you choose looks better with a light background colour for your text box.
