Philosophy & Vision

I focus on the creative spirit as an agent for healing and transformation. One way to do this is to focus on dreams. I encourage my clients to take an imaginative approach to their problems. At the same time therapy is grounded in the awareness of the present moment. The therapeutic relationship presents many opportunities for awareness. Habitual though unconscious ways of feeling and relating emerge into consciousness by paying attention to subtle interactions.
