Philosophy & Vision
As a registered psychologist, I believe therapy can help individuals find direction and possibility in their lives. My approach is compassionate, client-centred, and evidence-based. I adopt a holistic perspective, integrating a range of techniques to suit each client’s needs. I am drawn to therapies that promote the exploration and acceptance of emotions, believing emotional understanding is key to self-awareness and relational growth. This insight helps clients navigate worry, conflict, confusion, and loss. I am known for my warm, interactive style and genuine curiosity. I have extensive experience across settings, including child and adolescent mental health services, and working with individuals managing chronic pain. I work with individuals, couples, and parents facing life transitions, relational difficulties, mood and anxiety issues, chronic pain, and trauma.
Background
Before starting in private practice, I worked across a range of settings including child and adolescent mental health services and programs supporting individuals living with chronic pain. These experiences gave me a broad clinical foundation and deepened my understanding of emotional wellbeing across different life stages. Since moving into private practice, I have continued to work with individuals, couples, and parents facing life transitions, relational challenges, mood and anxiety issues, trauma, and chronic health conditions, with a focus on fostering resilience, emotional awareness, and meaningful growth.
Services
I offer individual therapy, couples counselling, and parenting support, helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, chronic pain, and relationship difficulties. My approach is client-centred, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practice. As part of the Malvern psychology community, I am committed to providing personalised care that supports emotional growth, resilience, and meaningful change for individuals and families.

Of course — I'm human too! There are days when things don’t go perfectly, but I believe that being real and showing up authentically, even on the tougher days, is an important part of building genuine, trusting relationships with clients.
