Philosophy & Vision

My primary focus is to assist clients in navigating psychological challenges within a supportive therapeutic environment. I prioritise building strong therapeutic relationships through a collaborative approach, creating a safe, understanding, and validating space. Within this setting, I work with each client to identify their unique needs, develop practical strategies, and facilitate meaningful change, all while providing attentive listening and unwavering support, grounded in ethical practice. I support couples and provide intervention for depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias, and trauma/PTSD.

Background

I am a registered psychologist with AHPRA in NSW and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). I have over eight years of experience working with adults and adolescents as a psychologist, building upon a foundation of over 10 years in the healthcare industry.

    Individual Session

    With Medicare
    $121.05 per 50-minute session
    $141.05 after hours per 50-minute session (weekdays after 5:00 PM, weekends)

    Without Medicare
    $220 per 50-minute session.
    $240 after-hours per 50-minute session
