Therapy Approach
While much therapy begins with CBT, I am interested in working with my clients for the duration of whatever personal journey they wish to undertake.
I am very interested in working with younger and older adults with concerns related to life choices, past influences, self-identity, sexual identity and future directions.
I am influenced & guided by principally humanistic-somatic-psychodynamic approaches such as attaining full presence beyond just mindfulness, Focusing, psychodynamic, transpersonal and integral.
