Philosophy & Vision
I am a Registered Psychologist in private practice who works with adults and teens from diverse cultural backgrounds experiencing a variety of mental health and personal concerns.
I have a special interest in working with people affected by trauma, adults with ADHD, especially those diagnosed in adulthood, as well as clients with interpersonal and relationship problems. I have experience working with various other mental health diagnoses, including mood and anxiety disorders, insomnia, grief and loss, eating disorders, career change, stress and burnout, communication problems, and abuse.
I incorporate various treatment models to support clients in both short- and long-term treatment. My therapeutic style is influenced by modern psychodynamic approaches, however I also draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour
