    Therapy Approach

The Conversational Model is a particular style of trauma informed relational psychotherapy which is informed by the understanding that our formative relationships with parents and or caregivers shape how we move and navigate in the world as adults.

The unpacking of this in our sessions develops a greater self awareness as well as a platform for allowing a sense of personal value and self worth to grow and evolve. Once this starts to happen, and it does take time, you will have a more solid foundation and self structure with which to interface with yourself and the world.
