Philosophy & Vision

Laura specialises in interpersonal stress and trauma, attachment, and relationships. Relationships are a central part of our lives and can be a source of joy and connection, as well as difficulty, confusion and loss. Relationships include those we have with family, friends, romantic and sexual partners, colleagues and neighbours, and with ourselves. She supports you to identify your relational patterns, process and heal from trauma and attachment wounds, build interpersonal confidence and set healthy boundaries.

Your connection will be the foundation for therapy - you can expect warmth, trust and authenticity. Laura uses a strengths-based approach which means she see you as the expert of your experience and will help you to externalise your challenges. She will support you to explore and make sense of the relationships in your life, including your self relationship.
