In order to provide you with the most prevalent knowledge and counselling experience possible, I am also very committed to my own ongoing personal and professional development. This includes regular training, research, and clinical supervision.
I have been working in counselling and psychotherapy services for over 14 years and have extensive experience, training, and qualifications in many health and well-being areas with a special interest in anxiety, worry, and stress.
I regularly provide counselling and support for both individuals and couples with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, parenting, and relationship issues, as well as offer clinical supervision to students and established therapists in my private practice.
In addition to my private practice, I provide Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) counselling and support, consultancy, and training in a variety of large private and public organisations.
