Philosophy & Vision

My focus is to provide a convenient client-centred telehealth service for clients from anywhere. Telehealth appointments allow for client flexibility and comfortability in choosing your own environment.

I will guide you through your mental health journey with compassion and understanding, whether you are looking into the complexity of trauma, dealing with childhood issues, or learning more about the nuances of mental health. My goal is to help you explore your trauma, face difficulties, and emerge as a stronger version of yourself.

I take client self-referrals, provide Medicare rebates with GP referrals, and work with NDIS self- or plan-managed participants. I also accept WorkCover referrals for clients with workplace injury claims. Please reach out with any questions, I am happy to work with you to keep therapy affordable.

Background

I have worked in community and social settings, delivering in-depth psychosocial assessments among crisis and at-risk populations. My toolbox of therapeutic interventions is as diverse as the individuals I serve.

I have experience working with children, families, and individuals affected by trauma and socio-economic and disability barriers. My journey is more than a professional one; it’s a personal dedication driven by a profound desire to make a difference.

As a registered general psychologist under the AHPRA, my commitment to ethical and effective practice is unwavering. I completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) at CQ University Australia.

I am taking new clients and offer therapy sessions online via video or phone. I'm available most weekdays and Saturdays.

Therapy Approach

I offer a diverse range of therapies to suit individual needs and goals, including but not limited to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy CBT, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy DBT, Schema Therapy and Trauma-Focused CBT. I accept client referrals for people of any age, and intervention can be adapted to meet specific goals and needs.
