Philosophy & Vision
The aim of therapy is to create a safe space for clients where they are treated with the utmost care and regard. The process of therapy is to help us work together to understand your difficulties, reduce your distress, and help you create the life that you hope for and desire. I work within a framework of evidence based-treatment and believe this is best practice and ethical.
Background
I have worked in forensic settings, private psychiatric facilities, public mental health settings, universities, and in organisational psychology. The range of issues that I have encountered is large and varied, but commonly includes issues relating to anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, anger management, relationships, disordered eating and eating disorders, obesity, and bullying.
Services
Quality Provision
I completed 8 years of postgraduate Clinical Psychology training which has provided me with knowledge and experience in the diagnosis and treatment for mental health disorder using evidence-based treatment.
