Philosophy & Vision

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face life's challenges alone. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, addiction, or simply feeling stuck, I provide a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

As a clinically registered counsellor with over 15 years of experience, I work with adults and couples from all walks of life. My focus is on building a genuine therapeutic relationship where you feel safe to explore challenges, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach is warm, practical and evidence-based, tailoring therapy to your unique needs and goals. Together we will build resilience, develop effective strategies, and help you move forward with greater confidence and wellbeing.

Background

Before establishing Mind Over Chatter, I spent over 15 years working in community mental health, supporting people through trauma, addiction, severe mental illness, hoarding disorder and other complex life challenges.

As a Senior Case Manager with Mission Australia, I collaborated with hospitals, GPs, government agencies and community services to coordinate care.

In private practice, I also currently provide resilience coaching for media personalities and social media influencers as they navigate public life.

Services

  • Counselling, Couples Therapy, Family Therapy, Home Visits, Walk and Talk Therapy, Coaching / Mentoring, Phone Consultations, Online Video Consultations
  • Appointments are available in person and via secure Telehealth, making support accessible wherever you are in Australia. I offer flexible appointments in a calm, confidential setting where we can work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My goal is to provide a consistent, supportive therapeutic relationship that helps you navigate challenges, gain new perspectives and make positive changes that fit your life.

    Quality Provision
