Family Psychology Practice
Informed by attachment theory, I have specialised in the areas of trauma, separations, anxiety, grief, child behaviour, adolescent issues, perinatal depression and parenting issues. I work with children, adolescents and adults and believe that small changes, new ideas or a change of perspective can sometimes be the difference that people need.

Katharine's work is informed by attachment theory using cognitive behavioural, family and play therapy techniques.
Katharine has spent over 15 years working with children within the child protection system, both those living at home and in foster care. Having worked a Psychologist for the Department of Community Services (NSW), Department of Health (NSW) and a Family Assessment Service in the UK, Katharine has a wide range of skills which she brings to working with all adults, adolescents and children with whom she works in her practice.
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8 till 6pm.
Some after hours and Saturday appointments available.
Katharine is a medicare service provider and an ATAPS endorsed therapist. Concessions are available for pension card, health care card and centrelink benefit recipients.
Katharine is the Principal Child and Family Psychologist at the Family Psychology Practice, based in the Northern Beaches of Sydney where she provides individual and family therapy, victims of crime counselling, disaster and critical incident psychological responses and consults to NGOs and government departments in the areas of child protection, trauma, domestic violence and attachment. ...
