Philosophy & Vision
If you are reading this then you may be considering psychotherapy or counselling. It can be a big step to take, but talking to someone about things that may be bothering you can really help. I offer you a safe and confidential space to explore issues which may be troubling you, to gain understanding about unconscious motivations and perhaps to offer some possibilities for change and growth.
Background
I gained my MA in psychotherapy in London, UK, following a rigorous five year training. Until 2014 I ran a very successful private psychotherapy practice in the east end of London, working with a diverse range of people presenting with a wide variety of issues. I have further trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for Trauma.

Therapy Approach
As an integrative therapist I consider the whole person, mind, body and emotions, working with you to integrate and balance these elements of yourself which can move out of kilter. I draw on different approaches and ideas, including attachment, psychodynamic and humanistic theories. I also find mindfulness and neuroscientific approaches useful; I am particularly interested in mind-body integration, and how the body holds and carries feelings we may not be aware of. I aim to be alongside you in your therapeutic journey, providing a safe, supportive and confidential space to explore things in a non-judgemental way.
