Philosophy & Vision
Hi, I’m Jase. I created Psychology in Balance because finding the right psychologist can feel daunting. I wanted to offer a space where people feel genuinely understood and supported to become the best version of themselves — for themselves. I work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, complex trauma, ADHD, relationship stress, burnout, acute stress, attachment injuries, emotion regulation difficulties, and that heavy “something’s missing” feeling when meaning or purpose drops away.
My practice is LGBTQIA+ informed and welcoming to all nationalities and spiritual dispositions. I tailor evidence-based therapy using CBT, ACT, EMDR, and IFS (parts work), shaped by Eastern philosophy and a belief that healing occurs through self-compassion and a sense of feeling connected to the world around us.
