Philosophy & Vision
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, trauma, autism, and the sense of feeling stuck or overwhelmed. My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each person’s experiences.
Clients describe me as warm, steady, and focused. I aim to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and clear about your goals. Therapy moves at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
I draw on CBT, ACT, EMDR, and DBT to help people build skills, confidence, and long-term well-being. I have experience supporting anxiety and panic, depression, trauma, OCD, autism-related challenges, and stress-related difficulties.
If you’re considering therapy, I’m happy to discuss what you’re hoping for and whether we may be a good fit.
Background
Before establishing MindSure Psychology, I worked across psychiatric hospitals, public health services, university clinics, and private practices on the Gold Coast, Sydney, and the Central Coast. These settings allowed me to support adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, trauma, autism-related challenges, OCD, and stress. I completed a Master of Clinical Psychology (Distinction), a BPsych (Hons) and have additional training in EMDR, CBT, ACT, and DBT. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice and a warm, collaborative approach.
Services
I offer individual therapy for adults seeking support with anxiety, low mood, trauma, autism, OCD, stress, and the challenges of feeling overwhelmed or stuck. My approach is warm, steady, and practical, helping clients build clarity, confidence, and meaningful change. I draw on CBT, ACT, EMDR and DBT, tailoring therapy to each person’s goals and pace. Sessions can be held in person in Gosford or online for those preferring telehealth or living outside the Central Coast.
Quality Provision
My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, ongoing supervision, and a commitment to providing a safe, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic space. I aim to deliver clear, practical strategies while supporting each client’s individuality, values, and lived experience. I maintain regular professional development to ensure high-quality, responsive care.

Therapy Approach
My approach is warm, steady, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where people feel safe, understood, and supported to explore what is getting in the way of the life they want to live. I draw on evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, EMDR, and DBT, tailoring each session to your goals, pace, and strengths. Therapy may involve building practical tools, understanding patterns, processing difficult experiences, and developing new ways of responding that support long-term well-being and resilience.
