I assist individuals, couples and families to attain a better understanding of themselves and develop new skills for solving problems and improving their relationships. My approach in mediation is collaborative and holistic, by providing a gentler, more thoughtful process for divorcing couples.

    • Which philosophical approaches have influenced your professional/personal development?

    • My professional and personal development have been influenced by the Buddhist's concept that nothing is fixed or permanent. Everything is subject to change and to cope with life challenges, we need to be flexible and be receptive to new ways of doing things.

    • I integrate various modalities to suit the clients' issues and needs.
    • What do you like most about being a therapist?

    • I feel very privileged to work alongside clients, who have the courage to seek help when facing with a myriad of difficulties in their lives. I feel honoured that they are willing to share their personal stories, and inner thoughts with me. Together I can help clients explore the maze of their mind, disentangle their emotions and discover negative patterns of behaviours that are holding them back from a brighter future. No other profession would offer this kind of exploration, reflection and humble satisfaction in watching people slowly unfold and heal themselves.
