Philosophy & Vision
My approach is flexible and tailored your needs and preferences. I offer practical strategies to help you cope better from the start, while reaching deeper to the root cause of your issues, in order to promote lasting change. I won’t judge you or tell you what to do. Instead, I will support you while you find your own answers.
I have a mind-body approach. I combine helpful cognitive and behavioural strategies from traditional talk therapy, such as CBT and ACT with Non-violent Communication (NVC) and Focusing, an evidence-based somatic therapy, to help generate more profound shifts.
Focusing is the process of tuning into your body to get clarity about what is really going on for you and the best way forward. Focusing allows you to understand yourself at a deep level and use your body as a guide. Please reach out if this resonates with you.

Therapy Approach
I combine strategies from conventional talk therapy, such as CBT and ACT with Focusing-Oriented Therapy, an experiential, body-based and evidence-based practice.
Focusing allows us to go beyond what we know cognitively and taps into the wisdom of our bodies. Thinking our way out of problems often leaves us going in circles. When we attend to how the situation feels in our bodies, we get new insights, and possibilities emerge.
