Philosophy & Vision
I see therapy as a collaborative process where you are supported to explore your experiences, make sense of challenges, and discover new ways of being. My approach is warm, respectful, and tailored to your unique needs, with a focus on creating a safe space where you feel genuinely heard and understood.
I often work with people who are navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, or the impact of past experiences. Many of my clients come to therapy wanting to break free from old patterns, strengthen their relationships, and reconnect with their sense of self. Together, we work toward building resilience, confidence, and a greater sense of balance and fulfilment in life.

Therapy Approach
I am a caring and committed psychotherapist who is passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges. I believe therapy should be a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental space where you feel truly heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. My role is to create an environment where you can explore yourself openly and safely whilst making sense of your experiences, so that you can continue to connect more deeply with yourself and others. My integrative approach, informed by training in Attachment Therapy and Adult Attachment Repair, allows me to tailor support to your unique needs and goals.
