Services
My desire is to see people achieve connection and intimacy with themselves, initially, in order to facilitate deeper relationships with those around them, including partners, spouses, lovers, friends, family and other loved ones. I have a strong interest in integrative approaches to relationship counselling, sex therapy, and individual counselling which includes holistic approaches to concerns around sexuality. As a sex therapist I draw on a number of approaches including tantric practices, breathing and connection practices, and self enquiry methods, all of which may further improve therapeutic outcomes, resulting in a more energetic disposition and renewed zest for life.

Therapy Approach
At Conscious Intimacy we endeavor to incorporate a multitude of modalities during sex therapy or relationship counselling sessions, which include using the body to focus on the present moment and increase physical sensation. Often our thoughts and thinking detach us from our present reality. Remaining in the mind may reduce our physical awareness, resulting in diminished physical sensitivity, potentially creating unsatisfactory physical experiences.
