Are you looking for support during a difficult life change? Experiencing challenging emotions like depression, stress or anxiety? Are you feeling angry or confused when dealing with life directions or when going through relationship problems?
I am available to assist by helping you look at problems in new ways and progress towards self awareness and a fulfilling life. I am a friendly and empathic counsellor and psychotherapist with over 20 years of training and experience.
In counselling, I will facilitate your self-awareness and the discovery of your true potentials and assist you in resolving those issues affecting your life and relationships.
Background
I have over 20 years of training and experience in the profession. I have been working with community organisations in brief and long-term counselling and assessments, facilitated counselling groups on Drugs & Alcohol and consulted for medical insurance services, and investigative liability assessors in critical interventions-debriefing and with corporate organisations in employee assistance programs. I am a co-founder of the Mandala Community Counselling Services to the underprivileged.
Services
I provide counselling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples. The objective of my counselling work is to support and facilitate my clients' progress toward self-awareness. Together, in a collaborative effort, we explore the presented problem and those related thoughts, emotions and behaviors as well as those inner qualities that can foster self-empowerment and assist them in resolving those issues that are affecting their life, and relationships.
Quality Provision
Co-founder of the Mandala Community Counselling Service providing free counselling for the underprivileged. As an independent non-religious and non-political charitable organisation Mandala is maintained by volunteer members and supported by donations from individuals and organisations. I am also a service provider for Carers NSW.

Therapy Approach
From March 2020 all consultations are made online via Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp or phone. I work exclusively with adults in individual and couple counselling/psychotherapy. In session, I implement an integrative approach to brief and long-term counselling according to the available resources, by drawing upon various techniques as best suited to the client's abilities and needs. My framework includes Person-Centered Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Existential and Self Psychology and Transpersonal. When appropriate, I integrate Meditation, Visualization and Contemplation practices to my psychotherapy sessions.
As a registered Supervisor, I offer Clinical Supervision to counsellors and Psychotherapists from beginner to advanced level of experience.

By appointment Online only via Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp or phone: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:0 am to 7:30 pm. Wednesday and Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Saturday 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
Fees & Insurance
My current fees for a standard consultation are $130.00 for individuals and $150.00 for couples.
I also charge on a sliding scale to meet individual circumstances. During the Covid-19 pandemic, I offer sessions pro-bono to health workers.
