
Philosophy & Vision
Edwina has experience providing counselling in a range of settings. This includes adolescent counselling, AOD counselling, depression and anxiety counselling, ADHD counselling for adults, teens and parents and supporting people in caring roles both children and adults. She has recently returned to Sydney after 5 years working in the Country. She is WorkCover Accredited and is currently completing accreditation as a Workplace Mediator.
Background
I've worked in areas of disadvantage, country areas as well as in the corporate sector. I have presented at conferences and have discussed computer addiction on television.
Services
What I can offer is dependent on the client's needs. This may include psychoeducation, CBT, handouts and even talks to organisations regarding effective communication styles, schools and school groups.
Quality Provision
As an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society therefor bound by that organizations code of conduct. I receive regular clinical supervision in addition to on-going Professional Development programs and workshops to keep my skills current and up to date.

Therapy Approach
My orientation is dependent upon the client and the client's needs. Initially my focus is upon how the issues presented have developed and the effect this has had on the client and his or her recent life events.
