Philosophy & Vision
I am passionate about helping clients understand themselves on a deeper level. Together we can look at how your problems have come about, examine your internal world, and provide you with the insight to take action to make meaningful positive changes. I draw on psychodynamic psychotherapy, EMDR, CBT, and ACT frameworks, and have worked across several settings with adults impacted by a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, complex trauma, PTSD, bereavement, and relationship difficulties.

Fees & Insurance
If you have a current Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP or psychiatrist, you can claim Medicare rebates of $137.05 per session for up to 10 sessions each calendar year. You may also be able to claim rebates from your Private Health insurance.
