Philosophy & Vision

I’m a Clinical Psychologist offering therapy for adolescents (16+), adults, and couples. I also provide neurodevelopmental assessments (12+) for autism, ADHD, and learning differences. I support clients with anxiety, OCD, trauma, identity, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, and more. My approach includes evidence-based therapy delivered with warmth, inclusivity, and respect for each client’s lived experience.

Many people I work with feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves or their relationships. Some come in with a clear understanding of what is going on, while others carry a quieter sense that something needs to shift. Together, we explore what matters most to you and work toward greater connection, clarity, and meaningful change.

At Lavender Psychology, you are welcome just as you are.

Background

Before starting private practice, I worked across public and private settings, including university clinics, youth mental health services, and community-based programs. I’ve provided therapy and assessment for children, adolescents, and adults, supporting people with anxiety, OCD, trauma, mood concerns, identity exploration, and neurodivergence. I also gained experience in parenting support, addiction services, and adolescent mental health. Since moving into private practice, I’ve focused on affirming, evidence-based therapy and assessments, with a special interest in supporting LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals and couples.

Services

  • Counselling, Psychotherapy, Couples Therapy, Assessment, Phone Consultations, Online Video Consultations
  • I provide therapy for adolescents (16+) and adults, as well as comprehensive psychological assessments for ADHD, autism, learning differences, and cognitive functioning for individuals aged 12 and over. I also work couples seeking support with communication, connection, and navigating challenges together.

My approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique goals. I work in a trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and LGBTQIA+ affirming and informed way. In-person sessions are available in Sydney’s CBD, with Telehealth offered Australia-wide.

    Quality Provision

I aim to provide a warm, respectful, and inclusive space where clients feel safe, supported, and understood.
