Philosophy & Vision
I'm a Clinical Psychologist offering therapy for adolescents (16+) and adults, and assessments (12+) for ADHD, autism, and learning differences. I support clients with anxiety, OCD, trauma, identity, neurodivergence, and more. My approach includes EMDR, ACT, CBT, DBT, Imagery Rescripting, and mindfulness, in inclusive and affirming care.
Many of the people I work with feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Some know exactly what’s going on, others just don’t feel like themselves, or have a quiet sense that things could be different. We might explore anxiety, mood, OCD, ADHD, trauma, burnout, identity, relationships, or something else entirely. I work with people of all identities and neurotypes, with a particular interest in LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent experiences. At Lavender Psychology, you're welcome just as you are. We’ll work gently toward relief, clarity, and a stronger sense of self.
Background
Before starting private practice, I worked across public and private settings, including university clinics, youth mental health services, and community-based programs. I’ve provided therapy and assessment for children, adolescents, and adults, supporting people with anxiety, OCD, trauma, mood concerns, identity exploration, and neurodivergence. I also gained experience in parenting support, addiction services, and adolescent mental health. Since moving into private practice, I’ve focused on affirming, evidence-based therapy and assessments, with a special interest in supporting LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals.
Services
I provide individual therapy for adolescents (16+) and adults, as well as comprehensive psychological assessments for ADHD, autism, learning differences, and cognitive functioning for clients aged 12 and over. My approach is affirming, evidence-based, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I offer online video consultations alongside in-person sessions in Sydney’s CBD. Services are suitable for individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, neurodivergence, identity concerns, and general mental health challenges. I do not currently offer couples or family therapy, supervision, or group programs.
Quality Provision
I aim to provide a warm, respectful, and inclusive space where clients feel safe, supported, and understood. My practice is guided by trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and LGBTQIA+ affirming principles, underpinned by evidence-based frameworks. I am committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice to ensure high standards of ethical, client-centred care.
