Philosophy & Vision
I offer caring, warm and trauma-informed therapy to process and heal from the past while empowering you create real, lasting change. My clients often want to go deeper, & come to me after not quite finding what they needed from elsewhere.
I support clients with a range of issues, including healing attachment wounds and relationship challenges, anxiety, self-criticism, body image struggles, decision-making and inner conflict, grief and with life transitions. My main approach is Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy (to help you understand & heal parts of yourself at a deep level). I am flexible and bring in other therapeutic approaches where they will support you.
Reaching out to a new therapist can feel daunting, but I hope you will take a moment to call, or reach out to see how I can help. I promise to make the process as welcoming and as easy as possible for you.
Background
Before psychotherapy, I spent years in demanding senior leadership roles in the corporate world in Europe and Asia. That experience taught me a lot about what it takes to succeed externally, but it also showed me what happens when we disconnect from ourselves in the process. After a significant turning point, I made the decision to return to my first love: counselling and psychology.
I have completed postgraduate study in psychology & counselling, trained extensively in IFS therapy, and studied a broad range of approaches including depth psychology CBT, ACT, and somatic work. I am passionately committed to supporting people to heal and live the life they deserve.
Services
I offer individual telehealth psychotherapy and counselling for adults across Australia and internationally. IFS therapy sessions are typically 90 minutes or 60 minutes depending on your preference and needs.
I specialise in working with thoughtful people ready for transformative work. I help clients heal from relationship and attachment patterns, self-worth challenges, stress management, anxiety, body image concerns, self-sabotage, life transitions, and with emotional regulation.
As a former expatriate, I also offer specialist counselling for expats, immigrants, and global nomads navigating the unique challenges of living abroad.
I also run a small IFS group program for adults wanting to explore their inner world alongside others.
Quality Provision
I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy often grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. I also integrate multiple therapeutic modalities (including CBT, ACT, and somatic techniques) for your specific needs.
My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, creating a safe space where you feel genuinely heard and understood. All sessions are conducted online via secure video platform.
I'm committed to helping you create lasting change and the life you deserve.

Therapy Approach
I often work with clients who are drawn to Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy (also known as parts work). For other clients, a more integrated approach using different techniques is better. I will work with you to adjust how I support you to in a way that works for you. This might include CBT for changing thought patterns, ACT for decisions and values, narrative therapy for reshaping your story, or gentle somatic techniques when we need to work with what the body is holding.
I believe healing happens in safe relationship, so my priority is creating warmth and a secure connection with you. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and paced for your safety.

I'm endlessly curious, and I've studied everything from neuropsychology and behavioural approaches to depth psychology and somatic work. But I'm most drawn to humanistic perspectives that honour the complexity of the human mind and spirit. I believe we're WAY more than just our thoughts or behaviours. We are intricate, multifaceted beings, and real healing happens when we can approach ourselves with that kind of respect and curiosity.
-
I'm fascinated by how we make sense of ourselves, our relationships, and the patterns we keep repeating when we don't want to. I help people with self-worth challenges, relationship and attachment patterns, life transitions, and self-sabotage. I'm interested in how change happens when we slow down enough to explore to what's going on inside with compassion and curiosity.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is the foundation of my work (and I've completed formal training in this approach). While IFS guides most of my sessions, I'm integrative and bring in other evidence-based approaches when they'll genuinely help. I find that CBT is helpful for thought patterns, ACT for creating momentum in creating the life you really want, narrative therapy to explore new perspectives, and somatic techniques when working with what the body is holding. I'm collaborative and flexible, always adapting to what you actually need.

I love connecting with people and witnessing their aha moments. There's something profound about being present when someone finally understands a pattern that's been running their life, or when they realise they can approach themselves differently. I love seeing people let go of things that have been holding them back, growing and hearing how they are noticing positive changes in their lives.

Absolutely! I very much have bad days. I've learned how to meet myself on those days with self-compassion (rather than criticising myself for not having it all together). I know what it's like to struggle, and I know that healing isn't about becoming perfect.
