My motto is 'keeping it real since 1978' and that's what I aim to do in therapy. My style is friendly, open, transparent and aims to help you understand yourself and how you would like to move towards the life you want. I believe wellbeing rests in the quality of our relationships, past and present, and the relationship we have with our self. Conversations continually track your state of mind and the direction you would like therapy to go in and I welcome open feedback throughout the process.
