The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.

Philosophy & Vision

If you’re feeling stuck, frustrated, or unhappy in your life or relationships, I’m here to help. As a clinical psychologist, I work with people facing mental health, emotional, and relationship challenges. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back and guide you toward greater self-awareness and understanding.

I offer both short-term, solutions-focused therapy and deeper, relational therapy, depending on your needs. My goal is to help you break free from unhelpful patterns and make lasting, positive changes in your life.

I believe therapy can be truly life-changing. By gaining new insights about yourself, you can open doors to living in a way that feels more fulfilling and authentic.

Background

I studied post-graduate psychology at the University of Sydney, and my training includes experience at places like the Brain and Mind Research Institute, and Jarrah House, where I worked with people facing anxiety, depression, pain, and substance use challenges.

I’ve also worked at an Eating Disorders Unit, and delivered psychological treatments for obesity at The Boden Institute at the University of Sydney. I’ve consulted at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital helping provide support to people preparing for weight loss surgery.

Throughout my career, I've worked with people in my own private practice. I create a safe and supportive space to help you overcome challenges and make positive changes in your life.

Services

  • Counselling, Psychotherapy, Online Video Consultations
  • I offer individual therapy to adults, supporting those with recent or more straightforward challenges as well as those dealing with deeper, long-standing issues. Whether you're looking for short-term help or a more in-depth, long-term approach, I’m here to work with you at your own pace. I see patients referred through Medicare mental health plans, as well as private clients, and I will provide care, support, and guidance.

    Quality Provision

I have completed post graduate university studies in psychology and am a registered member of AHPRA, as well as several professional groups. I regularly take part in supervision and ongoing training to make sure I provide the best care. I always maintain the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality in my work.
