Philosophy & Vision

I'm a warm, down-to-earth, and culturally sensitive integrative psychotherapist working with adults and teens (15+), offering sessions in English and Spanish. Since 2013, I’ve been supporting clients going through emotional, relational, and life challenges. My trauma-informed approach blends attachment, somatic, and mindfulness-based practices amongst other therapeutic modalities. I have a special interest in supporting people experiencing trauma, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, parenting issues, migration, neurodivergence, and post-cult recovery. Originally from Argentina, I hold a Bachelor’s in Counselling & Psychotherapy (Ikon Institute, Melbourne) and a Bachelor’s in Psychology (University of Buenos Aires). My aim is to offer a compassionate, safe space where we can explore what matters most to you, with kindness, curiosity, and resources. I offer a free 15-minute consultation call.
