Philosophy & Vision

Sometimes life confronts us in unexpected ways, through loss, change, or quiet moments of discomfort that whisper, “something isn’t right.” You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who you are. Even when things look fine on the outside, there can be a deep inner longing for clarity, peace, or connection.
I see therapy as a space to gently return to yourself. A space to explore your story with compassion and curiosity, not to fix, but to understand, soften, and shift. My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in safety, trust, and collaboration.
There’s no perfect moment to begin therapy. I welcome clients in all life chapters, whether you're processing trauma, navigating transition, or simply wanting to feel more like you. Together, we’ll work at your pace, building awareness and connection — one breath, one session at a time.

Background

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I lived a less conventional life. I trained as a dancer, studied drama, and worked in the TV and film industry. Underneath it all, I was searching for belonging, shaped by early life experiences that taught me about survival, self-protection, and the quiet ache for connection.
After moving to Australia, I began my own healing journey, which led me to mental health and aged care. For 5 years, I supported people through some of their most vulnerable moments. That experience deepened my empathy and affirmed my path. After studying a Master’s in Counselling, I now bring together lived experience, clinical training, and care to hold space for others.

Services

  • Counselling, Psychotherapy, Group Therapy, Walk and Talk Therapy, Workshops / Courses
  • I offer both one-on-one therapy sessions and group spaces designed to support women in feeling more connected to themselves, others, and community. In individual sessions, I provide a safe, trauma-informed space to work through challenges such as trauma, toxic relationships, self-doubt, or body image struggles, blending talk therapy with mindfulness and body-based techniques.

Alongside this, I facilitate women’s circles, workshops, and retreats, spaces where women can share openly, build meaningful connections, and experience the healing power of community. My approach is warm, inclusive, and holistic, grounded in the belief that true healing happens both within ourselves and in connection with others.

    Therapy Approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy is about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. I draw from person-centred therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness, while also integrating body-based practices and trauma-informed yoga to help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. Every session is tailored to your needs, whether you are seeking to heal from past trauma, build healthier relationships, or feel more connected in your daily life. I also facilitate women’s circles and retreats, offering community spaces where healing and growth can unfold together.
