Philosophy & Vision

You may not know exactly why you feel the way you do, only that you wish things could be different. Behind what others see, there may be a mix of overwhelm such as anxiety, numbness, sadness, anger, or even a sense of being broken. That quiet heaviness often feels unseen, even by those closest to you. Carrying it alone can be exhausting, lonely, and at times frightening. I understand, I have walked this road too.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, driven, and deeply committed to others, yet they carry an invisible weight of anxiety, chronic self-doubt, or the sense that they are never quite enough.

Therapy offers a space to ease the tension beneath the surface and lighten the load you have been carrying. Together we work toward greater clarity, steadiness, and balance so you can move through life with more ease and feel grounded in yourself again.

Background

I spent years feeling like I had to constantly strive — to be more, to do more. Most days were driven by a quiet anxiety that lived in my head and in my body. On the outside, I appeared ambitious and motivated. On the inside, I was barely holding it together and feeling disconnected from myself. It all came to a point where I knew I needed support. I found a therapist who truly saw me, helped me put words to what I could not name, and guided me toward living with more balance, ease, and authenticity. Through that work, I learned how to respond to what is happening inside me with care instead of fear. That experience now informs the way I support the adults I work with — helping them find relief from overwhelm and reconnect with themselves.

    Therapy Approach

Every person’s experience is unique. Your story is your own, and your therapy should reflect that. I’m mindful of how past hurts and moments of feeling unseen can continue to shape how you see yourself and relate to others. In our work, I’ll listen closely and adapt my approach to what’s most supportive for you. Sometimes we might explore your thoughts and feelings; other times we may focus on how experiences are showing up in your body. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe, understood, and supported exactly as you are.
