Philosophy & Vision
Dr Brendon Della Bosca's clinical and research interests include post-traumatic stress disorder, traumatic grief reactions, anxiety disorders, drug/alcohol addiction and clinical depression. He has a special interest in complex grief, including suicide-related grief and the loss of a child. Dr Della Bosca has a Masters's Degree & a PhD in Clinical Psychology and has taught units in clinical/abnormal psychology, professional practice, addictions and health psychology at two universities over 15yrs.
Background
I have over 11 years of University training and extensive clinical experience from working in a general medical setting and multidisciplinary teams. I currently work in WA's largest Clinical Psychology private practice which includes Consultant Psychiatrists and Neuropsychiatrists. My approach is to work closely with General Practitioners, Psychiatrists and other general/mental health care professionals to provide a comprehensive service to clients. Services
I work in two private practices located in Fremantle and Swan Valley/Midland W.A. I also provide workshops and professional development training to medical students, hospitals and private clinics on the topics of 1) Psychological assessment & treatment of PTSD; 2) Use of Psychometrics in Diagnosis of Personality Disorders; 3) Psychological Understanding of Mood Disorders; 4) Understanding and Dealing with Anxiety. Workers' Comp & MVA assessment/treatment available.

I am a full member of the Australia Psychological Society (and their College of Clinical Psychologists) and adhere to their ethical standards. I am also actively involved in ongoing education and advanced professional development. I am a Clinical Supervisor for all levels of registration (endorsement, 4+2 and 5+1)
