Philosophy & Vision

I work with individuals and couples seeking to explore their internal and external world in an effort to develop new ways of seeing and experiencing that leads to greater confidence, fulfilment, self-awareness and a real sense of safety.

Depending on your needs we can work together with a focus on a specific problem, or look more deeply at what is and what isn't working in your life and how you can reshape your sense of yourself and your relationships.

Background

For a decade I worked as a nurse which exposed me to trauma, loss, grief, recovery and importantly, the resilience and drive people have to survive and thrive when facing life's challenges. Since then I have worked as a medical journalist, editor and corporate relations professional so I also understand the impact competitive, high stress work environments can have on people's lives. I have been practicing as a therapist since 2008.
