Anne creates a healing space where individuals, couples and parents can reduce reactivity and rediscover the open, compassionate, strong, loving self that lies at the heart of each of us. Change is possible when our innate impulse to grow and connect is harnessed, and we discover a more grounded, conscious way of living and relating. Anne works from a deep professional and personal understanding and interest in contemporary relationships and the gifts and challenges of parenting.

  • Body mind counselling and somatic psychotherapy sessions can support you unblock stuck patterns, increase intuitive clarity, reduce tension and connect you with a more calm, stable, embodied state and equip you with inner resources you can call on when needed.
    Counselling sessions may help if:
    - You’ve been impacted over by a big change or event
    - A pattern in your relationships isn’t working
    - You feel a sense of emptiness or loss
    - You’re exhausted and over-committed
    - You feel separate and long for connection
    - You’re at a turning point or life transition
    - You're reactive and easily set off

    Sessions are typically 1 hr, in person. Extended length, voice or video sessions available.

    Body mind counselling supports healing by tapping into our innate capacity to release stuck experiences, and repair and rewire patterns that no longer serve us. By incorporating the body and mind in an integrated way, this can support change at a deeper level than just talking.

    Since starting my own healing journey at the tender age of 21, the joys and challenges of family, loss, work and relationship have been my training ground. I am strongly influenced by Hakomi mindful somatic psychotherapy, movement practice, conscious parenting approaches, experiential and play-based learning, mindful sexuality and somatic meditation. I work with individuals and groups in a trauma-informed way.


    Weekday and some weekday evening and weekend appointments available.

    The Spit Junction practice is well serviced for both public transport and parking.


    60 min in-person session for individuals $120
    75 min in-person session for couple/relationship $150

    Extended length, phone and video sessions available
    Reduced fee for those currently in financial struggle
