Philosophy & Vision

The world is a messy and complex place. And sometimes we find ourselves ill-equipped to live and thrive in an imperfect world, in our complicated bodies, while being told happiness and success are simple.

The truth is, they’re not. Of course they’re not. But I’m here to support people and businesses who are ready to work towards purposeful and sustainable change, despite the chaos and complexity.

With my blended approach to psychotherapy and coaching, I’ve collected vast experiences working with people across diverse communities, multiple industries and unique businesses and circumstances.

I cherish the many substantial tools I’ve collated for this journey. And now I invite and welcome humans from all walks of life.

Background

My blended credentials complement each other to create a set of tools that are truly impactful. Combining the best parts of psychotherapy and coaching, we reflect on how the past shows up in your present life (that’s the therapy bit) then work together to connect those experiences to a future that’s purposeful, inspiring and tailored to you or your business.

I’m also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, a member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia, certified in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology (yes, that’s a thing and it’s really cool) and hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. But I hate to boast.

Therapy Approach

I bring a combination of tools to our sessions including; narrative therapy, strengths based coaching, somatic awareness and transactional analysis to name just a few. Tools are focused on one of my core beliefs: everyone must be able to tell their own story, understand it from the the inside out and change it (if they want to).
