Philosophy & Vision
My repertoire of techniques have changed and developed throughout the years but my philosophy remains the same - it doesn't really matter what techniques are applied if the therapist is competent and authentic.
What brings about positive change is always the quality of the therapeutic relationship, updated knowledge and skill base of the therapist, and the active, committed involvement of the client.
Background
I have over 20 years clinical experience in various settings: hospitals, clinics, counselling centres, and research facilities. In the last ten years I have been working in a group practice with likeminded colleagues providing therapy and counselling to the community.
