My background is as a clinical and counselling psychologist and I have around two decades of counselling experience. Over the years I have worked in various community settings as well as in private practice, counselling couples, individuals and groups.

As a client-centred therapist, my focus is on helping my clients to become the person they'd like to become, to achieve their goals and to overcome any past hurts or current challenges. I have trained in many modalities, including CBT, ACT, Gestalt psychology, hypnotherapy, existentialist therapy - and my approach is collaborative and integrative.
