My aim is to help you become more fully alive, free from barriers that hinder potential, by helping you explore what is most life giving for you and learn how to integrate these healings and insights into your daily life.

I am a qualified Gestalt Psychotherapist with experience in spiritual accompaniment. I also have professional expertise in strategic planning and organisational development in corporate and non-profit sectors. My professional qualifications and memberships include:
